How important is sound quality to our audiences? Or are we as sound engineer just more interested in sound than anyone else? What makes a good show? Is it your moral duty to have two pints of beer before a show? Does knowing all the words unintentionally change the way you mix vocals? Do you really only need five channels to get a mix going? Should audiences be offered headphones at live gigs?

And what are we going to do to improve education in audio?
