Using guitar tracks from Serbian band Rakila, Jon Burton goes through each guitar track individually and compares the sound of the microphones and the DI. He uses a Shure SM57, Sennheiser MD421, Sennheiser 409, Neumann U67, and a DI box.

He discusses using a DI box for re-amping; using a Radial Phazer to adjust the phase in increments smaller than 180 degrees when combining different tracks; using room mics, whether to use one or two mics on a guitar in a live situation; using ribbon mics, using DI boxes live and using a Radial JDX DI out of the amp.
